Full Stack Developer (Remote )

About Us

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer who can independently build, improve, and maintain modern web applications. You should be strong in React.js, Next.js, backend development, databases, APIs, and modern AI-assisted development workflows. Beyond coding, you should have a good eye for **UI/UX, responsive design, and product quality. We value developers who can move quickly from idea → prototype → production, while maintaining clean, secure, and maintainable code.

Responsibilities

• ⁠Build and maintain modern full-stack web applications.
• Develop responsive, fast, and polished interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• ⁠Build secure backend APIs and business logic.
• ⁠Design and work with SQL or NoSQL databases.
• ⁠Integrate third-party APIs, authentication, payment gateways, and external services.
• Use AI tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to accelerate development.
• Apply AI-assisted development and Vibe Coding while maintaining proper engineering standards.
• Convert ideas, requirements, wireframes, or Figma designs into production-ready applications.
• ⁠Debug, optimize, refactor, and improve existing applications.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code.
• Follow proper Git and collaborative development practices.
• Work independently and take ownership of assigned features and deliverables.

Requirements

• Frontend
• ⁠3+ years of professional software development experience.
• ⁠Strong React.js and Next.js experience.
• Strong JavaScript knowledge.
• TypeScript experience preferred.
• Responsive design and frontend performance optimization.
• Experience with Tailwind CSS, Shadcn UI, Material UI, Bootstrap, or similar frameworks.
• Backend
• Strong experience with at least one backend technology such as:
• Node.js / Express.js / NestJS, Python / FastAPI / Django, ⁠Laravel, Java Or a comparable backend framework.
• Database & APIs
• ⁠Strong SQL/database fundamentals.
• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
• REST API development and integration.
• Authentication and authorization.
• Understanding of application security fundamentals.
• Development Workflow
• Strong Git knowledge.
• ⁠Experience working with collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
• AI-Assisted Development & Vibe Coding
• AI-assisted development is an important part of our development workflow.
• You should be comfortable using tools such as:
• Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, ⁠Other AI coding assistants
• You should be able to:
• ⁠Use AI to accelerate feature development.
• Write effective prompts for coding tasks.
• Use AI for debugging and refactoring.
• Generate tests and documentation with AI.
• ⁠Review and validate AI-generated code.
• ⁠Identify security, performance, and architectural problems in AI-generated code.
• Rapidly prototype and turn validated ideas into production features.
